1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WxPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Financial Services

WxPay is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC, and Lincoln Savings Bank, Member FDIC. WxPay Visa Debit Cards are issued by Sutton Bank.

4. Fees

Transfer fees are 0.5% (minimum $0.50). Withdrawal fees are 1%. Investment returns are not guaranteed. See our Pricing page for full details.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use WxPay for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

WxPay is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, technical issues, or market fluctuations. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the last 12 months.
