1. Banking Licenses

WxPay is a financial technology company. All banking services are provided through our partner banks: Sutton Bank, Member FDIC, and Lincoln Savings Bank, Member FDIC.

2. Card Network Licenses

WxPay Visa Debit Cards are issued by Sutton Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

3. State Licenses

WxPay is licensed as a money transmitter in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. License numbers are available upon request.

4. Open Source Software

WxPay uses open source software including Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and other libraries. Full license information is available in our GitHub repository.

5. Trademarks

WxPay, the WxPay logo, and related marks are trademarks of WxPay, Inc. Visa is a registered trademark of Visa U.S.A. Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
